Transforming the future of hotel textiles with circular economy
Transforming the future of hotel
textiles with circular economy
At Polarier, we are leading a transformation in textile circularity within the hospitality sector, redefining how hotels manage their bed and bath linens.
As experts in linen rental and textile management, we understand the daily challenge of handling textile waste in hotel operations. However, we have also identified an opportunity to seek innovative and collaborative solutions that add value to the industry.
Through the Re-linen project, we aim to provide a sustainable alternative that reduces textile waste. We promote material reuse and minimize the environmental impact of the hospitality industry, preventing tons of textiles from ending up in landfills each year. With this project, we seek to transform discarded cotton sheets and towels into new products, extending their lifespan and promoting sustainable practices.

Project status
The Re-Linen project has already taken its first steps.
After analyzing the characteristics of textile waste and the resulting fibers, we are currently in the spinning test phase, producing yarns with different percentages of recycled material and other organic fibers. The goal of this phase is to assess their properties and determine what types of fabrics can be produced and which potential products would be technically viable.
This entire process is currently being carried out in collaboration with a specialized textile technology center.
If you are a hotel committed to sustainability and looking for an innovative solution for textile management, join Polarier. Together, we can transform the hospitality industry and move toward a more responsible and sustainable future.
